The weather is warming up so that means it is smoothie season. I'm not a big smoothie person, but there's nothing better than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie is super creamy, thick, and so delicious. It is made with 4 simple ingredients, so it is super easy, quick, and perfect as a snack. Yes, I said snack. Smoothies are a great way to get in your fruits and veggies, but I don't believe they can replace a full, balanced meal.
Ingredients:
2 small or 1 medium banana
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
splash of plant-based milk
1 tbsp agave or maple syrup, optional
Instructions:
Add every ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve in your favorite mason jar and enjoy!
