I love making fruit salads all year round, but especially during summer, because they're so refreshing and yummy. This recipe is super versatile, depending on what's in season, you can use whatever fruits you want. This Fruit Salad is super easy and quick to make, it is the perfect healthy summer snack.
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 banana
2 kiwis
150g plain unsweetened soy or coconut yoghurt
3 tbsp agave or maple syrup
handful of chopped walnuts *
Instructions:
Chop all your fruits into bite size pieces and add them to a mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, make the dressing by combining vegan yoghurt and agave or maple syrup.
Drizzle the dressing over the chopped fruits.
Serve and top with chopped walnuts.
Notes:
*You can use other nuts, like almonds or cashews, instead of walnuts.
Chocolate chips would be a great addition to this recipe.
