These Chocolate Chip Pancakes taste like you're eating dessert for breakfast. The pancakes are made without dairy and eggs, but they're just as delicious as what you might already be familiar with. They're fluffy, delicious and not too sweet.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
4 tbsp white cane sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp / 7 gr baking powder
1150 ml plant-based milk of your choice
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, pinch of salt). Then add the plant-based milk and whisk until there are no flour lumps left.
Lightly oil a pan, or melt some vegan butter in a pan and let it heat up over medium heat. Add about 3 heaping tbsp of the pancake batter to the pan to make a pancake. Before flipping, sprinkle the top of your pancake with as many chocolate chips as desired. When bubbles start to form on the top, flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve warm with maple syrup or agave and enjoy!
