Ingredients:
10 potatoes, peeled
1 tbsp each smoked paprika, garlic powder, nutritional yeast
2 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
drizzle of vegetable oil
Instructions:
Cut your peeled potatoes into thick wedges before placing them in a mixing bowl.
Add oil and season the potatoes, then mix to coat.
Transfer the seasoned potato wedges onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
