Creamy White Bean Dip | 4 Ingredients

This White Bean Dip is very easy to make, it is smooth, creamy, and packed with plant-based protein and healthy fats from the butter beans and tahini. The recipe only requires 4 simple, pantry-staple ingredients. Perfect for meal prepping and to take with you on the go to work or school. See notes for serving ideas.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans butter beans

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon

  • 1/2 cup good quality runny tahini

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and drain the butter beans.

  2. Add every ingredient to a food processor or high power blender and until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days.

Notes:

Serve with your favorite veggies, tortilla chips, toast, crackers, etc.

Instead of butter beans, cannellini beans work well too in this recipe.
